Transitory Resolution

Personal Poems

Poetry transitory resolution

Like taking a long drag after a five mile run, you need some kind of relief before you spontaneously combust from this lightness that’s making you feel too good to comprehend. You want to drink some dragon’s breath, savor the taste of a bitter dessert, bite your nails til they trickle with

the color of passion.

So go ahead, stuff yourself with this tasteless food just to fill this void that’s subconsciously eating you alive. Inhale this poison so you can parody Shakespeare with your eyes

closed and then

Because now it’s time to cut to commercial break.
